We'll walk among the barrels where we explain each stage of the winemaking process; this is where our wines are born, structured, mature and refined. At the end of the cellar tour you will move to the tasting room where you can taste five of our own produced wines paired with typical traditional dishes in an intimate setting. During the tasting all characteristics and peculiarities of every single wine will be explained. The food & wine pairing experience takes place Saturday and Sunday starting at 12:30 pm.
